Landscape Architect

• Develop concept designs in coordination with clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and vision
• Prepare and deliver client presentations including:
• Concept drawings
• Perspectives and 3D views
• Area calculations
• Initial feasibility studies
• Coordinate and follow up on design submissions, including preliminary and final drawings
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure delivery within approved timelines and budget parameters
• Produce high-quality renderings and 3D models in line with project requirements
• Develop interior layout plans, including furniture layout options where required
• Lead and manage design teams through schematic, design development, and detailed design stages
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients and developers to provide regular project updates
• Review shop drawings related to architectural and landscape works for design compliance
• Prepare pre-concept landscape designs and design proposals
• Ensure all design deliverables meet project specifications, scope of work, and agreed timelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2–3 recent years in landscaping projects
• Strong concept design capability with a creative and innovative approach
• Passion for design with strong visual and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
