Project Engineer - Landscaping & Swimming Pool Experience

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Engineer (Civil – Landscaping) to oversee site execution and ensure successful delivery of landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs
• Oversee installation of landscaping works including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and green areas
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and quality control requirements
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor to ensure adherence to specifications and project schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks in line with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Provide technical support related to soil conditions, grading, drainage systems, and material selection
• Review construction drawings and plans to confirm suitability for site conditions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related design or construction issues efficiently
• Prepare material take-offs, quantity calculations, and cost estimates for landscaping works
• Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to minimize waste and control costs
• Maintain detailed records of site progress, expenditures, and variations
• Report any budget deviations, delays, or technical concerns to the Project Manager
• Enforce HSE standards and conduct risk assessments to ensure site safety
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and status updates for management and clients
• Maintain records of permits, inspections, approvals, and compliance documents
• Coordinate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout project execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in landscaping projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of landscaping construction methods, materials, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in project documentation and reporting

Preferred:

• Valid UAE Driving License
• Own vehicle
