Landscape Architect

We provide comprehensive landscaping solutions including hard and soft landscaping, automated irrigation systems, water features, landscape lighting, and specialty projects such as parks, palaces, and swimming pool structures.

We are currently seeking a talented Landscape Architect with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations including:
• Concept drawings
• Perspectives and visualizations
• Area calculations
• Initial feasibility studies
• Follow up on design submissions including preliminary and final drawings.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and models as per project requirements.
• Develop interior layouts where required (e.g., furniture layouts for integrated spaces).
• Lead and coordinate design development from schematic to detailed design stages.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients and developers to provide project updates.
• Review shop drawings for architectural and landscape works.
• Prepare pre-concept landscape proposals.
• Ensure all designs meet project specifications, scope, and timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture / Landscape Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, or B.Sc).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience, with recent experience in landscaping projects.
• Strong concept design skills with a creative and innovative approach.
• Proficiency in design and presentation software, including:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Adobe Photoshop
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Any 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max)
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Passion for design with high attention to detail.
