Landscape Architect / Specification Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and specify green roofing systems, integrating sustainability and performance.
• Develop technical specifications for fountains, water features, and decorative elements.
• Provide expertise in outdoor lighting solutions, balancing efficiency, safety, and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support project bids and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi government procurement requirements and local content standards.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Support the company's strategic initiatives in irrigation networks and landscape infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Landscape sector.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and solutions.
• Familiarity with Saudi market.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
