Landscape Architect and AutoCAD Design -SketchUp, Lumion

Company Overview:

We are a reputed construction company engaged in delivering high-quality residential (Interior & Exterior) projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Pool & Landscape Engineer who will be responsible for designing, rendering, planning, and supervising landscape works for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review landscape designs, 3D renderings, drawings, and BOQs in line with project requirements.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for pools, gardens, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
• Supervise site implementation of Pool & landscape works including softscape and hardscape.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project quality and timely completion.
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and irrigation systems suitable for the project environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the workforce.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual presentations for client approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design, rendering, and execution, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and Pool & landscape construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office, and other landscape design/rendering software.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
