Landscape Architect and Planner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. Our company develops and manages residential and commercial construction projects as a turn-key service for our customer basis.

This candidate will need to have experience developing LDP Plans and the associated Tree Protection Plans, Planting Plans, and Arborist Assessment Calculation Plans for Residential and Commercial Projects.

You will be working directly with our existing engineers and surveyors in the company on upcoming projects and existing. We encourage a work from home scenario for all of our employees, and we want to incentivize everyone to perform better with project bonuses related to approvals, timeline, etc. of your plans.

Qualifications:
- Degree and proven experience in the Landscape Architecture Industry.
- License required in the state of GA or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and codes
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and drafting purposes
- Knowledge of construction management processes and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
