Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Architect Engineer to join our mixed use project in Riyadh, KSA.This position is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and execution of landscape works in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and international standards.
We envisage success in this role to include;

Supervise the implementation of landscape works on-site, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, grading, drainage, and landscape-related infrastructure.

Review and monitor contractor’s submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.

Coordinate closely with the Resident Engineer, project managers, and other discipline engineers to manage site issues and resolve conflicts.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to approved landscape drawings and specifications.

Ensure that all landscape works are executed in accordance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and health & safety requirements.

Provide technical input and support during construction, including responding to RFIs, attending site meetings, and issuing site instructions when necessary.

Monitor progress of landscape works against approved schedules and raise any delays or concerns to the supervision team.

Maintain detailed site records, reports, and documentation as required by project protocols and quality assurance procedures.

Experience in housing/residential developments essential
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 7 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
