Join our growing Landscape Architecture team and take a leadership role in delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions across a wide range of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project planning, design, and delivery for complex landscape architecture and land planning projects.

• Manage contracts, project schedules, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary coordination.

• Provide professional-level sketching, rendering, problem solving, and dispute resolution.

• Mentor junior team members and support firmwide design standards.

• Contribute to marketing efforts and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.

• Support out-of-town projects as needed.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture

• 8+ years of professional experience (meeting/exceeding Land Planner IV expectations)

• PLA or RLA license required

• Membership in ASLA or similar organizations

• Strong knowledge of regulations, regional planning, and contract preparation

• Proven leadership, negotiation ability, and complex problem-solving skills

• Professional sketching/rendering abilities

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-driven approach
