Landscape Construction Foreman

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field operations and execute high-end residential and commercial outdoor living projects. You will be responsible for managing on-site crews, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and executing complex hardscape designs from blueprint to completion.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Masonry & Cement Work: Strong, proven knowledge of concrete finishing and cement work.
• Hardscaping: Expert-level installation of concrete pavers, natural stone (bluestone, travertine, porcelain), and interlocking retaining walls.
• Drainage Systems: Deep understanding of drainage principles, grading, and the proper installation of drainage components.
• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in small machine operations (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, and specialized hardscape tools).

Physical & Job Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift over 75 lbs multiple times daily in a fast-paced, labor-intensive outdoor environment.
• Leadership: Experience managing field laborers, reading blueprints/layouts, and maintaining daily project timelines.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to the shop/job sites and a strong work ethic.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
