This job posting is for a full-time landscape crew lead. Job duties would entail performing and overseeing landscaping tasks/projects and supervising a small landscape crew. Hours are scheduled Monday-Friday with potential for occasional weekend hours.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to company values
• Provide landscape work such as; planting, landscape maintenance, pruning and trimming, repairs on irrigation systems, and other various landscape work.
• Perform occasional lawn care maintenance tasks as needed such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
• Plant and maintain gardens: including watering, fertilizing, and weeding
• Safely operate power tools and equipment necessary for landscaping/lawn care tasks
• Clear snow from walkways and driveways during winter months

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Pesticide applicator's license preferred
• Experience in lawn care or landscaping and a knowledge of plants preferred
• Ability to lift 75 to 100 lbs
• Valid driver's license and competent driving record
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Ability to work eight or more hours a day
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
