Landscape Crew Leader / Driver

Job Summary

Mr. Oliveira Landscaping LLC is hiring a full-time Landscape Crew Leader / Driver for immediate start in Maynard, MA.

This position includes leading a small crew and performing lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulch installation, trimming, planting, general landscape work, and snow plowing during the winter season, depending on workload, weather, and experience. We are looking for a dependable, experienced person who can work efficiently, lead by example, and help keep jobs organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a small landscape crew
• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups
• Perform mulch installation, planting, pruning, and general landscape work
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Help keep trucks, trailers, and job sites clean and organized
• Follow schedules and maintain quality standards on each property
• Work safely and professionally on customer properties
• Assist with snow plowing and winter operations during the winter season, depending on business needs

Requirements

• Reliable and on time
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to perform physical labor and lift materials when needed
• Landscaping experience is required
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Experience driving truck and trailer is a plus
• Experience leading a crew is a plus
• Must be ready to work, take responsibility, and help the team stay productive

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• Some Saturdays may be available depending on workload and weather

Pay

• $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
• Based on experience
