Landscape Crew Member

Pay: $18–$26 per hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Hampshire & Franklin County, MA
Job Type: Full-time / Year-round

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. This position focuses on lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and property upkeep, with snow removal work during the winter months to provide steady, year-round employment.

The ideal candidate has experience operating landscaping equipment, works well both independently and as part of a crew, and takes pride in maintaining properties to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Landscape Maintenance

• Mowing lawns using commercial equipment (SCAG zero-turn mower experience preferred)
• String trimming, edging, and blowing off walkways and driveways
• Maintaining flower beds (weeding, mulching, debris removal)
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Trimming shrubs and small trees
• Working with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Snow Removal (Winter)

• Snow plowing and shoveling at residential and commercial properties
• Operating snow blowers
• Applying salt and ice melt to walkways and parking areas
• Being available during snowstorms for prompt service

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Snow removal experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (experience driving trucks with trailers preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
