We seeking hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented Crew Members to join the La Madrina team. In this role, you are the hands-on force that brings our creative designs to life.

You will work directly under the guidance of our Landscape Foreman, executing a wide variety of outdoor projects, from patio builds to landscape lighting to seasonal clean-ups to mowing. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow with a company that values its people.

Job Overview

• Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips,.
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Hourly.
• Seasonal Commitment: March - November.

Responsibilities

• Task Execution: Perform hands-on labor including hardscaping, planting, mulching, sod installation, pruning, and site preparation.
• Site Cleanup
• Tool Maintenance
• Safety & Logistics
• Professional Conduct

Requirements

• Reliability: Consistent attendance is non-negotiable, especially during our peak spring and summer seasons.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous manual labor in all Indiana weather conditions.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure you arrive on time for every scheduled shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• A $250 attendance bonus or two paid days off for perfect attendance between March and July.
• Tips are shared equally among the crew members working the job.
