POSITION TITLE: Landscape Crew Member (Safety Sensitive)
REPORTS TO: Landscape Crew Leader
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt / Seasonal
SUPERVISES: No Direct Reports
OBJECTIVE: Under the direction of the Landscape Crew Leader, the Crew Member is responsible for assisting in the implementation of landscape projects and various other related duties.

Priority Setting – Spends his/her time and the time of others on what’s important; quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 36 months’ experience in landscape construction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Requires sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, balancing and lifting up to 100 pounds.
Work environment is a combination of indoors in a greenhouse and outdoors in all types of weather including extreme heat, cold, and various types of precipitation.
