Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary

Mr. Oliveira Landscaping LLC is hiring full-time Landscape Crew Members for immediate start in Maynard, MA.

This position includes lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulch installation, trimming, planting, and general landscape labor. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are able to work outdoors and be part of a professional team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and site cleanup
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups
• Assist with mulch installation, planting, pruning, and other landscape work
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Keep trucks, trailers, and job sites organized
• Follow instructions and work safely with the crew
• Maintain a professional attitude on customer properties

Requirements

• Reliable and on time
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to perform physical labor and lift materials when needed
• Landscaping experience is preferred, but not required
• Driver’s license is a plus
• Must be ready to work and learn

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• Some Saturdays may be available depending on workload and weather

Pay

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Based on experience
