Landscape Crew Supervisor

We take pride in delivering high-quality landscaping services to our clients, and we are currently seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our dynamic landscape team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Landscape Crew Supervisor who will play a crucial role in leading our landscape team to ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and possesses a deep understanding of plants, brick pavers, and mulch. The ability to lead a crew of 2-3 employees is essential to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2-3 landscape team members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of landscaping projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in plants, brick pavers, and mulch installations.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained.
• Collaborate with management to schedule and plan projects efficiently.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of the crew.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on plants, brick pavers, and mulch.
• Ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week with overtime after 40 hours.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
