Landscape Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Designer to join our team. This role involves creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments for a variety of clients, ranging from residential to commercial projects. Commission available for each job sold. Pay is based on experience.

Duties Include

• Design and estimate large and small landscape construction projects with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Seek out leads from new and old clients.
• Candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with old clients while forming new relationships with perspective clients.
• Candidate will maintain thorough communication with crew leads, customers, and towns throughout jobs.

Skills

• Proficiency in Dynascape and VIP 3D as these are the design programs we use.
• Experience in LMN is preferred but not required we can train you.
• Solid understanding of horticulture principles, landscaping techniques, and hardscape construction.
• Experience with construction estimating, project management methodologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Ability to perform land surveying tasks accurately and interpret survey data effectively. (Measuring and shooting elevations for a design).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
