Landscape Designer

Gardens of Grace is growing and expanding opportunities in our design team. We have 30+ years' experience in the design, installation and maintenance of individually tailored, high-end residential clients. Our design process is collaborative, so the ideal candidate will be open-minded, flexible, and organized. This is not a sales position. Success is measured by client satisfaction. Coordinating, communicating, and working with clients and other Gardens of Grace team members are essential components of the position. Prepare to present new and exciting design concepts (and estimates) to enhance new and existing client properties. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are needed to implement the design in the field by coordinating with installation teams and clients. Our reputation as leaders in high-quality landscape designs and maintenance requires professionalism and integrity, with clients and coworkers.

Requirements

Horticulture Degree or Certificate

Strong Communication and organizational skills

Expansive Plant Knowledge

Willingness to design by Hand and CAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
