Landscape Designer

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL), established in 2010 in Dubai, UAE, is one of the region’s leading landscaping companies. We specialize in delivering complete landscaping solutions including water features, landscape lighting, automated irrigation systems, and hard and soft landscaping. Our portfolio spans parks, palaces, swimming pools, and a wide range of commercial, residential, leisure, and recreational projects across the UAE.

We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer with a passion for innovative outdoor spaces to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative landscape design concepts based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentation materials for client approval.
• Produce detailed landscape design drawings including:
• Softscape and hardscape layouts
• Planting plans
• Irrigation concepts
• Lighting layouts
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate design intent.
• Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform design decisions.
• Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations (renders) to present design concepts.
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and finishes based on project requirements and sustainability considerations.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, standards, and authority requirements.
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
• Support the project team during execution to ensure design accuracy is maintained.
• Assist in preparation of BOQs and project documentation related to design scope.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and landscape design innovations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape design (UAE experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Lumion / 3ds Max (or similar 3D tools)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of plant selection, materials, and landscape detailing.
• Good knowledge of UAE regulations and authority requirements (preferred).
• Excellent creativity, presentation, and visualization skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
