Landscape Draftsman

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and lighting layouts
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detail sections as per approved concepts
• Coordinate with landscape architects, site engineers, and consultants
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, authority comments, and client feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and project standards
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material specifications when required
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers
• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture / Civil Drafting / related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman in UAE
• Experience in luxury residential / villa / master-planned communities (Al Barari experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit or 3D tools is a plus)
• Good understanding of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and levels
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
