Landscape Enhancement Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman to lead and oversee landscape improvement projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage daily operations, and ensure the successful execution of landscaping tasks.

Duties

• Install landscape projects including planting, irrigation systems, sod, rock, and artificial turf
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and compactors
• Perform irrigation installs and repairs including valves, pipe, drip systems, and controllers
• Grade and prepare soil for planting, turf, and hardscape installation
• Install hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, and edging
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Ensure all installed work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the workday

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of landscape practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening, and general horticulture principles
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
