Landscape Estimator

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Estimator to support our Construction Team by estimating and performing material takeoffs for our commercial projects.

The applicant must have experience in the following:

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction plans / Bluebeam
• Landscape job estimation and bidding is required
• Work with landscape operations teams and account managers by providing takeoffs and estimates.
• Manages large construction bids
• Team-oriented mentality
• Effective communication and problem solving

Job Description:

• Manage the administration and processes of commercial construction projects from an estimating and take off perspective.
• Estimate jobs
• Follows up on RFIs
• Provide material takeoffs to potential customers
• Work along side account managers
• Promote high standards for customer service, safety, and core values in a positive team environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction site work / plans
• Other related tasks...

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
