Job Vacancy – Estimator (Landscape Industry)
Position: Estimator
Industry: Landscaping
Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for landscape projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail.
• Prepare material take-offs and comprehensive cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, site, and project teams to ensure cost accuracy.
• Support tender submissions and pricing of variations and change orders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the landscape industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works.
• Sound understanding of BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Valid QID with transferable sponsorship (NOC).
• Candidates currently based in Qatar will be given preference.
