Landscape Foreman

Akron area landscape company, Jimmy's Lawn Service LLC is looking to hire Full time Landscape & Lawn Maintenance Foreman. We are looking to hire hard working trustworthy employees to grow with our company.

If you like working outdoors and providing excellent customer service, working as a Landscape or Grounds Maintenance Foreman for Jimmy's Lawn Service could be the job for you.

Position Responsibilities

- Candidates should thrive in a fast paced, outdoor work environment

- Customer Service skills a must

- Landscaping experience of 2 years or more a must

- Previous Foremen experience a plus

- Must be able to lead a crew of 2 or 4 people

- Must possess the ability to motivate fellow co-workers

- Pulling and trailer maneuvering skills a must

- Duties include, mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, yard waste removal, snow plowing or other landscaping general labor

- Snow Plowing on call 24/7- December 1st through April 15th

- Hardscape experience a plus

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License, with a clean driving record

- Must have reliable transportation to and form work

- Compensation based on experience

- Drug Free, Smoke Free and Tobacco Free working environment
