Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, installation, and construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Lead a team of crew members, providing clear instructions, training, and support to maximize productivity and safety
• Oversee lawn care routines, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to maintain pristine turf conditions
• Manage tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, planting, and health assessments to promote healthy growth
• Implement irrigation system setups, repairs, and adjustments to ensure efficient water use across landscapes
• Conduct gardening and horticultural tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, and other greenery with precision and care
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly for optimal performance; troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related fields with a focus on quality workmanship
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening methods, and horticulture principles
• Ability to oversee construction activities related to landscape projects while adhering to safety standards
• Strong organizational skills for planning daily tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

You must have a valid drivers License, live within 30 miles of Danbury CT, be on time and ready to work, with the proper attire, boots, gloves, eye protection, from730am until the job or jobs are finished. Must be able to pass DOT drug test, medical card exam, and background check.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
