Landscape Foreman

WiseGuys Lawn & Landscape is hiring a dependable, hard-working Landscape Foreman to join our team. We’re looking for someone we can trust, rely on, and count on to lead by example both on the job site and when interacting with customers.

This position is for someone with a growth mindset who wants to be part of a company that is growing fast. We promote from within, and we want someone who is ready to grow into a bigger leadership role over time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping experience
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
• Strong communication skills with both crew members and customers
• Positive attitude and leadership mindset
• Willingness to learn, improve, and grow with the company

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with daily landscaping and property maintenance projects
• Communicate professionally and clearly with customers on job sites
• Answer basic customer questions and represent the company in a professional manner
• Keep customers informed when needed regarding the work being completed
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely
• Help keep crews efficient, organized, and productive
• Maintain clean, professional-looking job sites
• Deliver high-quality work and strong customer service

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
