Landscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction will drive the successful completion of a variety of outdoor projects, from lawn care to tree care and irrigation systems. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscaping crews to execute landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture tasks efficiently and safely
• Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction, planting, irrigation installation, and ongoing maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance on landscape design and care
• Manage scheduling, equipment usage, and material procurement to maximize productivity
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations
• Train team members on best practices in lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and general maintenance

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor construction fields
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques including gardening, horticulture, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and general site maintenance
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction projects such as planting beds, hardscaping, or installing irrigation systems
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to outdoor work environments
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
