Landscape Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while supervising a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance and installation projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.
• Supervise and train team members on proper landscaping techniques, including garden design, irrigation systems, lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping practices.
• Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including building structures such as patios or retaining walls as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is essential, especailly in areas of Hardscape
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, lawn care practices, tree care, and landscape design principles, and Hardscape
• Experience in supervising staff and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
