Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing
• Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water usage
• Conduct tree care tasks such as trimming, removal, and health assessments
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all construction and landscaping activities
• Assist with gardening and horticulture tasks to enhance landscape aesthetics and health
• Provide guidance on landscaping best practices and mentor team members for skill development

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and lawn care techniques
• Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects and site preparation
• Expertise in tree care practices including pruning, planting, and disease management
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Passion for gardening and horticulture with an eye for detail and quality
• Leadership qualities that motivate teams and promote safety standards
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality
