Now Hiring: Landscaping Crew Leader

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work and knows how to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small crew on landscaping projects
• Install plants, mulch, rock, and edging with attention to detail
• Design and build landscape beds according to plans
• Operate landscaping equipment such as sod cutters and mini skid steers
• Read and interpret landscape plans accurately
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and make effective decisions
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working for a landscaping company
• Valid driver’s license and experience pulling a trailer with a truck
• Proven experience in landscaping and crew leadership
• Strong knowledge of planting, grading, and installation techniques
• Experience using landscape tools and machinery
• Ability to read landscape designs and execute them correctly
• Problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
