Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and general gardening tasks
• Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within quality standards
• Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments
• Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency
• Provide guidance on horticultural practices and landscape design implementation
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all construction and maintenance activities
• Train and mentor team members in landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on lawn care and garden management
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques and plant care including trees and shrubs
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials and operating landscaping equipment safely
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster collaboration
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to outdoor construction and landscape work
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution
