Landscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for outdoor work, and a comprehensive understanding of landscape care practices. This role involves supervising crew members, managing projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, garden maintenance, groundskeeping, tree care, and irrigation systems.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred; ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
