Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality execution and efficient team management. In this role, you will coordinate landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural activities, while supervising crews to deliver outstanding results. Duties

• Lead and supervise landscape crews in daily operations including landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation installation and maintenance, gardening, and general site maintenance.
• Plan and organize project workflows to meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry best practices in horticulture, construction techniques, and landscape maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project specifications and deliver customized outdoor solutions.
• Oversee equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and supply inventory to optimize productivity.
• Train team members on proper techniques for landscaping, pruning, irrigation systems, and safety procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related outdoor construction roles.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments or construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and gardening methods.
• Strong experience with paver patio and retaining wall construction.
• Familiarity with landscape equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications.

Pay: $26.53 - $31.95 per hour
