We are looking for a powerhouse Foreman who wants to anchor this growth, lead a crew, and help us establish the standards as we expand our footprint across mid-Missouri.

The Reality of the Role: This is a Working Position

Please Note: This is not an office job, or a role where you just drop by the site to check in. You will be on-site every single day, tools in hand, working in the trenches alongside your crew. You lead by example. If your crew is moving block, throwing turf, or digging, you are right there with them, guiding the work and driving the pace.

Your Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Work alongside and delegate tasks to a team of 1–4 laborers daily. Keep yourself and the team productive, professional, and working safely.
• Hardscape & Turf Execution: Physically install and oversee complex hardscape projects, including extensive paver work, structural retaining walls, and precision artificial turf bases.
• Job Site Ownership: Review job details via Jobber before starting, execute the work flawlessly to design specs, and catch/correct mistakes before the crew leaves the site.
• Equipment & Logistics: Ensure all required tools and materials are on-site to avoid delays. Safely operate, haul, and track maintenance for your crew's tools and machinery.
• Digital Reporting: Complete daily logs in Jobber, tracking progress and site updates to keep the office tightly aligned.

What We Are Looking For

• Elite Work Ethic: Willingness and physical stamina to do heavy, demanding landscape construction daily alongside your crew.
• Hardscape Expertise: High proficiency and proven field experience in hardscape construction (patios, steps, walks, and retaining walls) is essential.
• Operator Skills: Proficient in operating a skid loader and mini excavator, as well as safely hauling equipment with a truck and trailer.
• Ironclad Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, and hold your crew to that same high standard of accountability.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history are strictly required for our company vehicle insurance. (Note: Driving record and background checks will be conducted prior to a final offer).
• Professionalism: Ability to communicate clearly with clients on-site and maintain an organized, respectful job site environment.
