Requirements:

• Previous experience as a landscape foreman or crew leader with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Willing to train hard workers with little experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscape practices.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment (mowers, skid steers, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be dependable and able to work in all weather conditions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial projects
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mowers, and landscape equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist with landscape installations, maintenance, and hardscape projects
• Help maintain organized and clean job sites
• Support snow plowing and winter services during the off-season
• Train and guide crew members while leading by example

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
