Landscape Foreman

Overview

We are seeking an experienced bilingual landscape professional who is eager to grow with our company and help take our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will learn our day-to-day operations while bringing valuable knowledge, skills and ideas to the team.

We will provide training to help you successfully manage our current workload with the opportunity to lead and operate your own crew independently in the future if the position proves to be a good fit for both parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape crews to execute maintenance, planting, and installation projects with precision and enthusiasm.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, landscape installations and irrigation system management.
• Coordinate construction activities related to landscape projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and address any issues promptly to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or installation, with a strong background in lawn care and gardening.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and general landscaping practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects and landscape installation.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, operating equipment safely, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Pay: From $150.00 per day
