Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman for our Install & Irrigation Department. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee landscape installation projects, including irrigation systems, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will guide a team of skilled workers to create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that meet our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews, including the installation of plantings, hardscapes, irrigation, and other various landsaping projects.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Complete required field reports and timesheets daily
• Oversee the installation of irrigation systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality
• Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment/materials each day to perform the tasks at hand
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and conduct regular safety briefings with team members
• Inspect work quality throughout projects and address any issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Commercial landscape experience
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting irrigation systems, including 2-wire systems
• Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans, with a solid understanding of basic irrigation hydraulics
• Experience programming and troubleshooting irrigation controllers, including Hunter and Rain Bird systems
• Familiarity with landscape installation processes and maintenance techniques
• Possess a valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
