Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure our clients’ landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including: mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, sodding/seeding, grading, and pruning
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers safely and effectively
• Support landscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape features, and installing plants or irrigation systems
• Perform snow plowing and de-icing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment

Requirements

• Have some landscaping experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
