The Role
We’re hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead installations and maintenance in the field. You’ll work alongside the crew, guide daily execution, and ensure the work meets our standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate crew members
  • Oversee planting, garden installs, and property enhancements
  • Construct hardscape features with attention to finish quality
  • Install and service landscape lighting
  • Direct ongoing estate maintenance
  • Read plans and bring designs to life
  • Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites
  • Communicate clearly with clients and management

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance
  • Confidence leading a team from start to finish
  • Strong plant knowledge and pride in workmanship
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license
