Pay: $22 – $32 per hour

About the Role

3 Bears Landscaping is a family-owned company known for quality, reliability, and craftsmanship.

We are hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead small crews through fall installation work and transition into a lead snow role during the winter season.

Responsibilities

– Lead a 2- to 3-person crew installing softscapes (planting, sod, mulch, grading) and hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, edging).

– Operate and maintain equipment safely, including skid loaders, mini-skids, trucks, and hand tools.

– Manage materials, delegate tasks, and ensure each job meets company standards.

– During winter, oversee snow routes, operate plow trucks or skid loaders, and assist shovel crews as needed.

Requirements

– Valid driver’s license (required; CDL a plus).

– Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills.

– Experience in landscaping, construction, or snow removal.

– Proficiency operating skid loaders, plows, or related machinery.

– Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
