Responsibilities

• Prepare soil, plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery with precision and care
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and watering to ensure lush, healthy turf
• Install and repair irrigation systems to promote optimal water distribution across landscapes
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, pruning, and landscape construction
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, mulching, and pest control
• Assist with greenhouse operations by planting seedlings, managing climate conditions, and transplanting plants
• Support farming activities such as crop rotation, soil enrichment, and harvesting to sustain garden productivity

Skills

• Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care techniques
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting for efficient watering solutions
• Hands-on experience with greenhouse management and growing plants in controlled environments
• Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing equipment operation and fertilization methods
• Ability to use hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively
• Understanding of agriculture principles related to farming practices and crop management
• Strong attention to detail combined with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
