Landscape Hardscape

We are hiring a Laborer / Crew Member to assist with a variety of outdoor construction and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with retaining wall installation and drainage systems
• Preparing and grading areas for landscaping and paving
• Installing mulch, plants, and landscape features
• General job site cleanup and material handling
• Mowing residential and commercial properties efficiently and with attention to detail
• String trimming around edges, trees, fences, and structures
• Edging sidewalks, driveways, and beds for a clean, professional finish
• Blowing off all hard surfaces (driveways, walkways, patios) after service
• Basic lawn maintenance such as seeding, topdressing, and minor repairs
• Assisting with seasonal cleanups (spring/fall leaf removal, debris cleanup)
• Maintaining clean mowing patterns and consistent property appearance
• Performing routine equipment checks (fuel, oil, blade condition)
• Loading/unloading equipment and keeping trailers organized

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
