We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Superintendent to lead and manage field operations across multiple residential landscape and hardscape projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making sure projects are completed the right way.
The right person is dependable, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple projects and crews at a time. They are equally comfortable leading field teams, communicating with clients, solving problems, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects meet Earthadelic’s standards for quality and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities
Project & Field Management

Schedule, manage, and assist with the demolition, replacement, and installation of landscape and hardscape projects

Prioritize daily work assignments, crew schedules, equipment, and project timelines

Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs with designers, project managers, and clients

Review project plans, site conditions, materials, and logistics prior to starting work

Visit active job sites routinely to monitor progress, communicate expectations, and resolve issues

Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to the approved design and scope

Proactively manage change orders, unforeseen conditions, and project challenges
-
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and equipment needs
-
Conduct post-construction walkthroughs and punch list reviews to ensure all work is completed to company standards

Maintain accurate job records, schedules, daily updates, site photos, and project documentation
Team Leadership & Crew Management

Lead, supervise, and support multiple landscape and hardscape crews across several job sites

Delegate responsibilities clearly and hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, and professionalism

Promote teamwork, craftsmanship, accountability, and pride in workmanship

Lead by example with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed

Train, coach, and develop crew leaders and field team members

Communicate effectively with field teams, management, subcontractors, vendors, and clients

Help identify staffing needs and assist with onboarding and training new field employees
Quality Control & Installation Excellence

Ensure proper construction and installation of hardscapes, landscapes, drainage, grading, and related site improvements

Interpret and execute landscape plans, construction drawings, elevations, and specifications accurately

Verify proper installation of retaining walls, pavers, patios, steps, planting, drainage systems, lighting, and other outdoor features

Inspect workmanship regularly and address deficiencies immediately

Maintain Earthadelic’s high standards for quality, attention to detail, and overall presentation

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, field operations, and installation quality
Customer Communication & Project Experience

Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism, responsiveness, and communication

Keep clients informed regarding project status, schedule updates, and field changes

Help create a positive customer experience from beginning to end

Represent Earthadelic in a professional manner at all times
Safety & Operational Oversight

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment on every project

Enforce company safety standards and proper use of equipment and PPE
-
Ensure crews comply with company policies, OSHA requirements, and job site safety expectations

Monitor equipment condition and communicate maintenance or repair needs promptly
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in landscape, hardscape, grading, or outdoor construction
-
Previous experience leading crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong knowledge of retaining walls, pavers, patios, steps, drainage, grading, and related hardscape construction

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and site layouts

Knowledge of plant material, grading, drainage, and installation techniques

Excellent planning, problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills

Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
-
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related technology

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Irrigation experience is a plus
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus

The Pay Range For This Role Is
65,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Earthadelic Office)
