We are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Supervisor who can lead from the front, execute projects efficiently, and maintain high standards on every job site.

Position Overview

The Landscape Installation Crew Supervisor is responsible for leading a crew in the successful installation of landscape projects including trees, shrubs, mulch, and aggregate materials. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to read and execute plans, and a commitment to productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape installation crew on active job sites
• Install trees, shrubs, mulch, and aggregate materials to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and layouts accurately
• Execute projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Coordinate daily job site logistics, materials, and equipment
• Train and develop crew members to improve performance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership

Qualifications (Required)

• Proven experience in landscape installation (trees, shrubs, mulch, aggregates)
• Prior experience as a crew leader or supervisor
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/site plans
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, or similar equipment
• Commercial landscape installation experience
• Understanding of grading, drainage, and site prep
