D&C Alabama Landscape, Inc. is a growing landscape company focused on high-quality work, clear communication, and worry-free service. We specialize in commercial maintenance and are expanding our landscape installation division.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help us grow our install side of the business.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for meeting with clients, creating estimates, following up on proposals, and closing landscape installation work.

This is not a sit-back sales job — this is a hands-on role that requires organization, urgency, and the ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients on-site to assess landscape install projects
• Measure, scope, and build accurate estimates
• Send proposals within 24–48 hours
• Follow up consistently on all estimates (calls, texts, emails)
• Close projects and communicate clearly with clients
• Work with the owner to ensure jobs are priced correctly and profitable

Expectations

• 4–6 estimates per week
• Strong follow-up on every opportunity
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Clear and professional communication

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
• Commission: 5–8% of gross profit
• Expected total compensation: $60,000 – $80,000+

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping, construction, or home services sales preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage time and stay on schedule
• Valid driver’s license
