Landscape Installation Foreman

Britton & Associates, Inc., a Design-Build-Garden Management firm specializing in upscale residential projects seeks a motivated individual for the position of Landscape Installation Foreman.

• Duties include working with and assisting the production manager in the installation, supervision, customer relations and oversight of field personnel.
• Extensive experience in landscape, hardscape, drainage, grading lighting and irrigation required.
• Operation of equipment, trash/debris pickup and assorted tasks that relate to lawn and landscape installation operations.
• Responsible for ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.
• Responsible for direction of crew laborers in daily operations including quality control, punctuality, and safety.
• Must be available to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays as needed).
• Previous experience as a landscape installation crew member.
• Must know how to repair and program irrigation systems.
• Knowledge of Spanish helpful.
• This position requires physically working out in the field with laborers in various temperatures
• Valid driver's license with good driving record

Experience:

• Landscape Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• Landscape installation: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
