Sexton Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead landscape installation projects throughout the Gulf Coast. What You'll Do

As a Landscape Installation Foreman with Sexton Lawn & Landscape, you will lead a crew in the field and help bring landscape designs to life. You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, supporting your team, solving problems on-site, and making sure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a landscape installation crew on daily jobsite tasks
• Install landscape designs, including plants, sod, mulch, soil, and related materials
• Help organize tools, equipment, materials, and daily workflow
• Identify and solve problems in the field as they come up
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail
• Communicate with team members, managers, and customers as needed
• Support and develop crew members through hands-on leadership
• Represent Sexton Lawn & Landscape with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience in landscape installation and is ready to take ownership of the jobsite. You should be comfortable working outdoors, leading a crew, and helping deliver high-quality landscape projects for customers.

Requirements:

• Previous landscape installation experience
• Experience leading or helping lead a landscape crew preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record to be an insured driver on the Sexton Lawn & Landscape team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical landscape work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to grow

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Plant installation
• Sod installation
• Mulch or pine straw installation
• Bed preparation and soil work
• Grading or drainage
• Irrigation support
• Hardscape support
• Operating landscape or construction equipment
• Reading landscape plans or job layouts
