Landscape Laborer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Landscape Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, ensuring that outdoor spaces are properly maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming grass and shrubs
• Assist in planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and other vegetation
• Apply mulch, soil, and fertilizer to maintain healthy plant life
• Help with the installation of hardscapes such as patios, pathways, and retaining walls
• Remove debris, leaves, and weeds from garden beds, walkways, and lawns
• Operate various landscaping equipment and tools, including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow directions from supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring high-quality work on each project

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely
• Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, and trees is prefered, but not required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (preferred, but not required). Must be able to get to work on time each day.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
