Responsibilities

• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, and power tools, safely and efficiently
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, trash, and excess materials to uphold safety standards
• Collaborate with team members on project timelines and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping practices, horticulture, or gardening is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety procedures when operating machinery or handling chemicals related to lawn care and landscape maintenance
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting project goals
• Valid driver’s license preferred for operating equipment or transporting materials on-site

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
