Duties

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to maintain healthy turf
• Support landscape maintenance activities like pruning, tree trimming, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure safety standards are upheld during all operations
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing in winter months or garden bed preparation in spring

Experience

• Prior experience with landscaping, horticulture, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is a plus
• Basic understanding of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques
• Experience working with irrigation systems or tree care (trimming or planting) is advantageous
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while operating machinery such as excavators or snow plows
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in construction and landscape hardscape projects
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials is essential

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
